Every mantra is shared through live music straight from the beech forest! Infuse power and flow into 5 specific areas of your everyday life with the help of your own voice and discover how the vibrations of your own voice can carry you beyond what you think is possible!

Group support: Access to a closed Facebook group with FYV participants. Weekly live Questions & Answers sessions with Anna via Zoom every Wednesday at 8 pm CET. You can either join live or write your question before the call, in the facebookgroup. Anna responds to all questions during the session that will be recorded and archived so that you can watch it any time you want afterwards. You are welcome to join these live Q & A´s for as long as you like.

Individual support: An individual session with Anna of 45 – 60 min via Zoom, when you have completed all lessons in module 4 – The articulation, and done all the exercises before that in the previous modules. In order for you to get the most out of the session with Anna, it is important that you have experience of practicing the exercises.
