Below you can see our complete terms of purchase.Deadline for corporate customers: CoursesOur courses that are sold to the corporate market have no deadline unless it has been stated by the seller or information about the deadline is given during the purchasing procedure/purchasing page. Each deadline only applies according to the conditions on the purchasing side or in the purchasing process.
Regret for consumers and prices with breathing space announced
For courses advertised with a 14-day money-back guarantee (right of withdrawal), this right applies from the date of purchase, unless we have announced that we provide a 14-day respite from the start of the course. If you want to use the guarantee, please give us feedback before the deadline expires. We will refund your money within one week from the date your warranty is used. Repayment is made to the same account from which the money was paid. Other deadlines may apply if specified. Provided you do not regret it within the allotted time, the money cannot be refunded.
Guarantee
Any guarantees given in connection with the purchase of the product may only be used if the conditions for the guarantee are met and the written notice is given to us no later than the same day as the guarantee expires. If you want to use an agreed guarantee, we ask that you prove that you have completed your part of the agreement. By using the guarantee, all access to the course portal and associated services will be terminated as a result of the refunded course amount.
Card payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard through Klarna. All transactions are sent encrypted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and are 100% secure. Short purchases are free. If the agreed amount/deduction is not approved and the payment is not received, an invoice will be sent.
Partial payment and deduction system
A purchase made with a partial payment system, either in writing or orally, shall be considered binding and paid in full within the time period. If the installment payment is not paid within the agreed time, the outstanding amount will be forwarded to invoicing and debt collection.
Sales to minors
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from the guardian to order from us.

Elwingen AB offers individual courses. When registering, you will receive a username and password, as well as a member profile for use during the course and in the private member portal. If you want to take a course with a business partner or partner, each individual must purchase the course individually. If you want an assistant or an entire group to participate in the course, separate membership is required for each participating member.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of others who participate in the course. Thus, this is a mutual agreement on confidentiality. Elwingen AB and its partners disclaim all financial claims from us in connection with any of our websites, videos, newsletters, course portals or other content. We have done everything we can to ensure that the content is of high quality. By purchasing this course, you accept and agree that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from participating in the course. We offer no guarantees for income or results. You are solely responsible for your actions and your results depend on personal factors, including your skills, knowledge, abilities, commitment and business acumen, network and financial situation, to name a few.
Cancellation and postponement
Elwingen AB reserves the right to cancel the course due to reasons over which Elwingen AB has no control. In the event of cancellation of the participant initiative, the course fee will be refunded, this must be done no later than 14 days after the course has been ordered. In the event of a postponement from Elwingen AB’s initiative, the course participant will be offered participation at a later time.
Limitation and liability
By purchasing this product, you agree that you use the company’s services at your sole discretion and that the program is an information service. You release the Company and its employees, its partners and partners’ employees from liability for any damages that arise and any claims that may arise in connection with agreements between the parties. You accept all possible risks, predictable or unpredictable.
No public blackout
In the event of a dispute between you and the company, you agree that the only arena for resolving such a dispute shall be the communication between you and the company. You agree that you will not engage in any conduct or communication with any third party, public or private, that will lead to the public blackening of the company.
Agreement This agreement may not be transferred by either party.
Deadline
By purchasing this product, we agree that Elwingen AB may, in its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and to limit, suspend or terminate the Customer’s participation in the program without refund of the course fee, if the customer is disruptive to the company or other participants. This also applies to breach of the conditions.
Dispute resolution
If the dispute is not resolved first during negotiations between the parties, a dispute or dispute in connection with the agreement may be sent to the Conciliation Committee or the court.
Warning
Any disagreements submitted by either party may be by personal submission or by mail, registered or certified by confirmation. Notification must be sent to the parties at the addresses below.
Force Major
If Elwingen AB is prevented from delivering or making a guilty return – or should such a delivery be unreasonably burdensome due to a labor dispute or other circumstance when the parties have no control over it, such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of equivalent scope, requisition, seizures, currency restrictions, riots and riots, shortages of means of transport, general shortage of materials, reduction of the supply of power and defects in or delays of supply from suppliers or manufacturers as a result of such conditions as described in this paragraph, Elwingen AB is exempt from liability other than in the event of a complaint where Elwingen AB reimburses the purchase price for the defective product.
